Halloween 2017

Halloween was a blast as always. This year we took it easy and made it simple, reusing the bug family costumes from when Maddie was Kate's age. The boys raided cousins costume bins, and the girls costumes were inspired from dollar clearance bins. They all turned out great, and focused on the kids having a good time! This pic was from our ward trunk or treat the Saturday before Halloween.

Sunday night we carved our pumpkins.

Jake wanted to match his preschool pumpkin's face.

Ty wanted Iron Man to match his costume. Ella and Maddie free-handed Delicate Arch and the Eiffel Tower.

Halloween breakfast was delish, sourdough pumpkin pancakes with chocolate chips.

My Iron Man, Greek Goddess, Vampire, and Batman (changed from Hulk) ready for school!

I got to do Ella's class party, and the caramel apple bar was a hit! Other activities included pumpkin paper towel bowling, a spider web craft, bingo, and a skeleton dice game.

We stopped by Ty's party so say hello too.

This little ladybut was my favorite part of Halloween. She really got the idea of knocking and saying Trick-or-Treat to get candy. It was the cutest thing!
