We love weekends when Daddy is home, especially long ones! We decided to venture out and hike in beautiful Red Rock Canyon. Although we got a little lost and didn't make it all the way to the waterfall, we enjoyed our expedition (there were so many forks in the trail... I know it's pathetic but I got confused. I would not make a good explorer...)

What a fun family! I love that you have so much fun spending time together. I can't wait until it's warmer and the snow melts so that we can hit the mountains again! I can't believe how much Maddie is turning in to a little girl! She's so cute! I especially love the stretching pic.
HA ha ha! I busted up with the video of you running and Maddie bobbing her head all over the place! Sorry for laughing, but it was pretty funny! Looks like so much fun and a good work out! We need to get out and do that kinda stuff. Thanks for being a good example for me!
How fun!!! These pictures are so cute. I'm so glad you guys enjoyed your hike ... looks like little Maddie had a great time. I love the last one of her zonked out. I got your message, just haven't called you back yet, sorry about that ... it's been busy with my parents in town. But I wanted to let you know that you guys are more than welcome to keep that pack through the weekend, if you feel like going again. Just let us know ... and we'll come get it when you're done.
haha Maddie must have been worn out...I can't imagine how Mike felt carrying all that extra weight! That is fun that you guys can do that this time of year...if I were to try I'd die of hypothermia in less than 10 min!:( I can't tell you how excited I am to come live with you this summer...You+Maddie+sun=a very happy Emily :) (and of course Jimmy as well) :)Love you sis.
