She's still a little shaky, but she's got it figured out! It's so fun to watch her learn how to do new things! She seems pretty proud of herself too. :)
I don't know why this image isn't showing up but it's another cute crawling clip.
So I have a question for all you savvy bloggers out there... have you heard of good ways to archive your blog? You know, to save all the memories in case of ubrupt blogger demise. My blog is slowly taking place of my journal--guilt!!! I need to keep it up, but this is so much more fun because I can put pictures in it, and besides, whose journal gets instant feedback? Mine just sits collecting dust on a shelf. But back to the archiving, you might remember the Father's Day book I made for Mike? I used a program called BookSmart by Blurb.com, and supposedly it has the capacity to 'slurp' your blog into a book... but when we tried it the layouts were messed up and some pictures didn't show. Sooooo lately I have just been copying my posts into Word so I can print them or save them on a CD. I dunno... it just seems like I should be saving it for my personal history (and Maddie's baby book!). Any other ideas???

Oh wow what a big girl!!! she will be gaining speed in no time. I wish I could give you advice on the archiving of the blogs but I have been wondering how to save this precious info as well. And , yes my journal suffers as well! It's like once it's out of my head I don't remember to write it twice! So let me know what you find out.

It's so cute when they just start crawling because they're so wobbly, but so determined! She's a mover!
So, I've had the same problems you have had in trying to use BookSmart to "slurp" my blog. Some of the pictures won't show up. I also just copy and paste my entries into a Word document. I've totally embraced blogging as my sole form of journaling now, so if you do find anything out, let me know! I'll keep checking back to see if any other your other "readers" have some good ideas and if I find anything out, I'll pass it along. :)
I have got no ideas for you, sorry. However, congrats on the crawling! Looks like you are going to have one independent baby here pretty soon.
haha sorry i'm as clueless about the blog as you are....but i sure am proud of little Maddie! That is so great that she learned to crawl :) I can't wait to watch it in person! :) Love you!
Maddie is so yummy. Congrats on the crawling. That is a huge milestone. It is all crazyness from here on out- heh. I copy my blog into Word.
I am glad to hear other people copy into word. It seems like the best solution so far. Only I don't think I could afford to print it... I haven't finished formatting it (all the pictures are skiwampus and take up a lot of space) but it's already 160 pages!!!
I am so proud of little maddie! I wish I could hva seen the first crawl. I bet it was such a fun feeling... being so proud of your little girl. I can't wait to see her do it! And see you guys on Tuesday night... or Wednesday morning :) Love you guys!
