Babyhood comes and goes in the blink of an eye... it's really unbelievable. It is exciting to see her grow and learn, but I am going to really miss my baby! I remember wondering how I would be able to love two girls with my whole heart, but I assure you, it is possible.
- She loves me the best. I know being a momma's girl is looked down upon generally (and it can be inconvenient) I love that she loves me unconditionally. I am lucky to be the one she wants.
- She gives sweet hugs. I love putting her to bed because she will rest her little head in the crook of my neck while I sing to her. There is nothing sweeter in the whole wide world.
- She has big beautiful blue baby eyes.
- She is a great eater. She loves table food and will scarf almost anything in front of her. She is not so interested in nursing anymore (except if she wakes up at night) so I am glad to reach the one year mark to give her cow's milk.
- She's hilarious when she is excited. She raises her arms, waves her hands wildly, and squeals when she seems something she likes--Curious George, ducks, balloons, Ozzie the kitty, and all kinds of animals.
- She has two cute little teeth, right in front. We are in for it if she gets the next 18 teeth in a year's time! Yikes!
- She is Maddie's little sister. I am so glad they have each other to grow up with. Sisters are the best.
We love you baby girl!

Happy birthday Ella! It is so true about babyhood. It is so fun to see them grow but you miss that tiny baby. Her cake is adorable too. K, random question...where did you get the pink flower that is on her headband? My ella has a few of those flowers and I haven't been able to find them again.
WOW! I can't believe it's already been a year! Craziness. Eve just said quack for the first time today. :) Our babies are growing up so fast!
Happy Birthday my little chickee... we love you so much! I can't believe you are one. You are such a sweet girl and I am so glad to be your Aunt :)
Everything turned out so cute! I'm glad that you were able to celebrate with family, it makes all the work so much more worth it! Miss you guys!
