Thankful

We had a great holiday weekend! It started with the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and the girls even got out their camp chairs to watch it.

Then we headed up to Malad for turkey dinner at the Senior Center. My grandma still hosts every other year but her house it getting too small for the crowd. I miss her china and silver, but we get the job done.

This year they actually gave us access to the game room and let me tell ya, some guys were extra happy about that!

 Some cute little girls too.

There we began the baby party, which lasted all weekend. Diapers, bottles, burp rags galore.

This is my Dad's favorite position with the babies. Tyler is a good stage right now since he can sit up.

The three baby boys in a row! Tyler is almost 6 months, Bodie almost 4 months, and Ty almost 3 months. You can tell a difference now, but before too long they will just be a gaggle of the same age boys!

Not to be left out,  here's baby Ava, the little princess!

The girls had a grand ol' time too.

Nail painting party! I should've taken a picture but Daxton wanted in on the party and got some glitter big toes!

My mom got gingerbread man kits and the girls were in heaven with the candy and icing free for all.

It's a tradition for us to put up the kid tree the weekend after Thanksgiving. My siblings and I used to do it every year, and now the grandkids are carrying it on.

Before we left we had to jump in the leaves! What memories this brought back for me!!!

Uncle Zak threw the kids from his lofty heights.

We always have so much fun in Idaho. It's truly hard to leave. We ate to our heart's content (my mom made her own full turkey dinner and trimmings and had them in the fridge for 'leftovers'!), soaked in the hot tub, did a little shopping Thanksgiving night (I'm not an early morning shopper, but I liked going at 10 pm and midnight!), and the boys all raced go carts together.

We missed Em and Ren this year, but check out the Thanksgiving dinner she made all by herself! She's a big girl now.
